COVID-19 Level 2

15 Feb 2021 | Announcements

Kia ora koutou.  As with everyone, we are disappointed to learn that COVID-19 is back in the community and our thoughts are with those more closely affected in the North Island.  We are pleased to be able to continue offering face to face clinic appointments in Dunedin, Invercargill and Queenstown, however we have found Zoom telehealth consultations to be more convenient for many people, so we will offer these as an option where appropriate.  Operating at this stage also remains on a normal schedule, however as with the rest of the health care system we are having to deal with backlogs and supply issues caused by the COVID-19 lockdown and apologise in advance for any delays these cause.

As part of the level 2 we will be maintaining enhanced cleaning practices before and after clinic consultations.  We will also have hand sanitiser available at all our locations as well as QR codes for the government supported NZ Covid Tracer app and ask that you use these prior to your consultation.  We do also ask that if you are at all unwell that you contact us rather than attend a clinic or hospital in person.  In particular please contact us if you have any of the following symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Runny nose, sneezing, post-nasal drip
  • Sore throat
  • Fever or measured temperature greater than 37.5 degrees
  • Breathlessness
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Are a close or casual contact of a person with probable or confirmed COVID-19

Kia kaha,
Kia pai,
Kia tautoko tatou ia tatou katoa.

Be strong, be kind, and support one another.
